Gareth has it right. Sinfield by far our most inventive player - his outside runs and inside pass, and accuracy on long passes is our attacking threat.

Really impressed with Crabtree, who seemed to offload at least half the time he ran. Tomkins was good towards the end, and Ellis and Burgess good too.

Tomkins was overawed in the first half but I have to say he was much better in the 2nd half. Obviously somebody told him he had to get his hands on the ball and do something.

I think McGuire has played himself out of a jersey. He was terrible.

There were positives in the 2nd half. I thought they put the cue on the rack and Ganson gave us a few piggy backs but overall something to build on. Smith will have to stop these slow starts though because the Kiwis are just as good and we run away early if we're not on our game.
