If you read the above, you'll see that Tickle & Tansey are both able to count the Carnegie 9s as one of the games for which they've been banned.
It may be "legal" but hardly a punishment.
Does that mean that really both deserved a one match ban?
Mind you still not on a par with the RU "Bloodgate" scandal.
All that surprises me about that is that people seem surprised tha Richards is portrayed as domineering & a bully.
They clearly didn't watch him play.
