Maybe he just wants to pack down with Gareth Ellis behind him................again.

Maybe he will find some obscure club, some of which are mentioned in Dave Hadfields new book ' Down and Under' which I am just about to start reading.

same old story with feather, could be a really good player but has a heart the size of a pea. as of yet, no coach seems to have been able to get any aggression into him

Similar to wayne mcdonald imo has the frame to be a monster but performs like a lummox more often than not.

TBF to McDonald he was excellent in our 2004 season.

He was alright i wouldn't say excellent otherwise he'd of been in the 17 every week surely!!

Feather whilst being hugely frustrating because of his lack of aggression, is IMHO an underrated prop. He does wander round like a big pansy some of the time, but he makes alot of yards, is a good defender (not just good tackler) and usually provides a quick play the ball. The thing is he had/has the potential to be so much better than he is, which sort of masks the actual job he does on the pitch. In 2004 he scored a coupel of vital tries for us and was starting to look like the player that had caused us problems at Wakey, if only someone could make him angry!

Had he gone over when younger it could have made him a better player. Chances are he's probably a bit old to be making the fundamental changes to the way he plays that he needs to.

He's such a really nice bloke but unfortunately doesn't take that onto the park. Definitely not a Barrie Mac type a gent off the field but a rough sod on it. Plus he has been a bit injury prone. Good luck to him if he wants to try his luck down under but he will have to be more aggressive.

After the performance tonight the only way he'll get a gig in Australia is a walk on part in Home and Away or Neighbours

Best make sure he buys a return ticket.

If you can't make it at somewhere like Cas, then you're certainly not going to make it down under ....

Wakey, Leeds, Bradford or Cas and he's not really made an impact at any of them.
