| Its a shame the NRL coached the flair, and pace out of him, he was terrific prospect when he was at London.

I think he is just one of those players who is more suited to a certain type of club. One where he needs to feel at home to get the best out of him.
Hull is not right for him. I thought Huddersfield was, and to be fair they wanted to keep him. For me I have never understand why Wakefield have never been in for Thorman, think he would be perfect in that side.

Brough and Rooney have probably been the main reasons I suspect. Personally I'm not sure Brough is a better player than Thorman, but if Rooney can stay fit for a decent spell of time, he certainly is. Big if, but I reckon Kear is happy with what he has in the halves.

| Thorman is prone to those sorts of games, and he was absolutely awful.
He is always willing to try the unusual and when he has a day where nothing comes off, coupled with his habitually terrible defence, he can look a shambles.
Far too inconsistent for a top SL club and, dare I say it, any SL club.
FWIW I wasn't overly impressed with Leeds last night, I genuinely did think Hull were THAT bad. Although I thought Sinfield was excellent and I'm looking forward to Hall pulling on an England shirt.

I didn't think Leeds were brilliant, and were certainly helped by Hull, but there were signes that we are finding a bit of form. Some better angles and options with the ball in hand. We just looked a lot more dynamic than we have at many points this season

I dissagree. I have been critical of the team, but that was the most dominant performance we have put in this season. We looked very good and the score line flattered the oppossition.
I don't think Hull were as bad as some are looking for, in the hope that it does not praise Leeds too much (not that you are a poster that stoops low). They were certainly good enough to have beaten most of the other super league sides, and I think Leeds deserve a bit more credit.
But I also maintain, that the performance had more to do with the enforced team changes.

Not trying to do down Leeds at all, but Hull were abject in that first half and but for a try on the bell (congrats again Thorman) would have been in the game, somehow!
Leeds showed some good touches but to be fair, a lot of points came from calamitous Hull play.
The Leeds defence was exceptional though, no doubt, but I still think you're way off your peak with ball in hand and I can't possibly agree that Hull would have beaten most teams last night, they were shambolic.
I still think, on your day, you're the best side in the comp this year and have a lot of improvement in you.

Have to agree, they gifted Leeds points cand position at crucial times,
Two penalties on last tackle
Ablett and Senior scoring just after Hull had scored, Abletts coming just before half time was IMO crucial.

I agree with you to a certain extent but Hull weren't shambolic. They were beaten by a much better team, Hull's goaline defence was poor but thought we ran excellent lines and attacked with real pace which we haven't seen for a while. The first 25 Hull maybe would have put a few points on lesser teams.
