Not really IMO, We can all go see under 20's play in academy games etc, Just dont think it will get the interest generated by "the 1st team" and also may put season ticket holders off if it was a home match

Scary letter because that is also my name, I have been following the Rhinos for over 20 years, but I don't agree with the suggestion. Maybe my alter ego wrote it in my sleep.

We're a progressive sport so as long as such suggestions are being mentioned and posted by the club on its official website I think it's all good gravy.

Not a fan of the idea per say, but maybe it could work on a smaller scale.

We more or less did this against cas last year and i wouldn't mind some kind of "fixture" in the calender where say the clubs agree to have 14/15 english/homegrown player's in their team.
Whatever the outcome the "reserve" league need's some kind of shake up imo to improve it and make it more meaningfull.

daft idea. the crowds would be tiny as a lot of people would be put off paying the normal admission price for what they would view as a reserve team game. personally a better option would be say a ruling stating that under 20 players have to start a certain amount of games, basically meaning 1 player under that age must start a game every so often

Whilst I dont think a round of games involving under 20s would work, what I dont like is clubs being punished for fielding under strength teams. If a team chooses to rest a load of players it should be upto them, not the RFL to start kicking off about it.
