Toughest pack of forwards that I have ever seen whilst watching the the Leeds RL/Rhinos club without a doubt

It was just marvellous. After years of teams like Northern, Widnes and Warrington coming and bullying our feeble packs, we suddenly hard some proper hard nuts.

Oh and how they all squealed when we started dishing it back with interest.

The only side to get a written team warning from the RFL?

He finished up as a "glass technician"

in Australia, runs his own business I believe. Radlinski said that Haughton didn't really love or enjoy the game, it was just a job to him.

Haughton was in the Guiness Book of Records for scoring 130 tries in a season as an amateur. I think it all came too easy for him at a young age.

Let's not re-write history - admittedly Hay was dire just before he left but he also gave us some good service.

IIRC Andy Hay was decent in the Murray-era side as an impact try-scoring super-sub, and he managed to win some international call-ups (3 caps for England in 2000). It was only after the departure of Murray that his form began to dip and he started playing like a trimmed-down Jamie Mathiou/Chris Feather. He was famously axed while under contract along with Ryan Sheridan and Karl Pratt under coach Daryl Powell in 2002.

This all day long. Makinson is an excellent player, no doubt, but had it not been for injuries we'd be talking of Manfredi in a completely different bracket. It's a crying shame he's had the injury problems he's had, not just for Wigan but for England/GB. One the Aussies would genuinely fear.

How has Ryan Hall been getting on over recent weeks? I get excited when the Roosters are on Sky but he has barely been on. Is he just playing in the lower team? All I see and hear from NRL is what Sky put on and therefore that means none of the pre or post game chat.

She's been good when's he's played, but has been out injured for a while, I think.

He hasn't really featured mate. I get the sentiment but his season has been curtailed by injury bar a handful of regular round games and been out the 17 during the play off series.

Hall is just a fringe player and won't get anywhere near the GF team. He ventured over to Oz three years too late. He'll be back in England at the end of 2020.

He did alright when he played. I agree though going over there the other side of 30 and with a major injury was never going to be easy. See how he goes next year. He probably chose the wrong club imo with Morris and Tupou as the other wingers going to be a tough task getting game time.

Or look at it a different way, gone over there at right time. Steller career in Super League, huge pension top up contract in NRL after a serious injury, sunning it up and raking a big pay packet. A bit like what most Nrl players do when they come over here to finish this career.

If he had not have got injured last year he would gave walked into the roosters side.

Hall would get in most NRL sides. The Roosters back line is just ridiculous.
