Following this seasons debacle, it's crystal clear that without coaching changes next season will be very similar to this one.

Unfortunately I reckon we will be stuck with this clueless idiot in charge for at least another season, probably more.

It's difficult to see how it could be worse. Mate, you and i could coach here players to better performances than they have put in for most of this season...

being fair BM has never been a coach who can organise or coach structure. he was a perfect fit for the glory years but he's totally wrong now.

That performance was Leeds season in a nutshell. Too many soft penalties and errors trying to over play, compounded by the fact we can't control a ruck and don't look like we'll score with twenty tackles on someone's line let alone six. And to top it off we end up with no-one left fit on the bench.

I cannot see why some on here think this side is good enough to challenge the best sides in SL - yes they beat Hull and the beat Wigan but when it really mattered they couldn't beat Widnes and as soon as they come up against a better side in Huddersfield what happens?

I am still struggling to see what all the hype about Lilley is - I just don't get it. If Leeds see him as cheap option starter next year they are in for a very nasty shock.

I think what people see in Lilly is he is an organising half and is good enough to fill in at 19, if he progresses he will be a top player at 22/3 not next year.

The only game in our previous 11 that we lost and just so happened to be the one without a proper hooker as Falloon had left and Segeyaro was still on a plane.....and a dead rubber that has no meaning.

Mullally missed out because of concussion so that pretty much left us down to the 17 picked.

Doesn't look like we'll see Galloway, Burrow and maybe Lilley on Thursday so we'll be fielding another "bizarre" team vs Leigh.

What? Huddersfield were desperate and we didn't give a stuff, was obvious how the game was going to go down today. Probably be similar on thursday too.

These games have absolutely no bearing on how we will fare next year. Not that i don't think we need a new coach and new ideas but we are stuck with Mac so it is what it is for now.

You don't think that a club that's had the success we've had, who have just had the season we've had, aren't motivated to finish the season with a bang?? Yeah we've got our SL place secured but there will be players in that team hurting that they've been so pitiful after losing some leaders. I don't think the efforts been missing this season, but the game plan, application and smarts

Every game matters that is what being a professional is all about - I would have been embarrassed to lose today regardless of the circumstance, this is a team that conceded 40+ points in one half to a championship side!!

You honestly couldn't see how I thought we could challenge for honours in 2015 around this point two years ago and derided me on that occasion too.

The question was will we be challenging next year, not will some guys on the internet be entertained by the performances. So if the point is are we challenging next year and last time I checked, winning games and picking up 2 points regularly will do that, just look at Wigan's season, not played a lot of the year but well in the mix now.

we are slowly getting worse. older players a year older, no changes, at the moment.

I can not believe despite continually saying I won't, that I have just sat through this same 5h1te again. Loyal support means nothing to this club at the moment. This is simply the worst Leeds team I have ever seen. We have had worse players, that is not debatable, but never a team as badly coached and with such a poor attitude running through it.

Those that think all is ok, I really don't believe they are that stupid, I would guess that those people probably don't attend ten games between them a season added together. They certainly haven't watched us this season to have such naivety. To be fair I always expected to get beat by Huddersfield, not because of the last few weeksm but because I just don't think we can beat them at their place with this spineless lot.

You either have to make big player changes, of small changes with a new coaching line up. The current set up doesn't work, and will continue to not work.
