Trueman on his day looks very good. He does also seem quite injury prone though and to be honest he sounds terrible on his social media - although quite a few players fall into that category.

That's why I'd be inclined to try and keep Austin if he does a good job. Agree that Trueman does sound like a bit of a melon on social media. If I ran a club I'd forbid anybody from posting. Then again if I ran a club we'd probably in the conference.

I think the sort of stuff Trueman is coming out with on social media would make me very wary of signing him. You really don't want someone who will become one of your most senior players to be an absolute moron. If they are that thick in their public comments then one might conclude they won't have the brains in the critical moments on the field, or the clear-headed discipline to be the sort of leader we want off it. If there are viable alternatives I'd steer clear.
That would certainly be the Sinfield approach although if I had to guess I'd say Hetherington might be a bit more lenient.

If Pryce really does fulfill his potential how long will he satisfied with the mediocrity of the Giants playing in front of one man and his cow bell.

Pryce looks a talented kid but hes still young and establishing himself in Hudds 1st team. As Seth says, IF, Pryce reaches his potential then he will have suitors everywhere.

Given Huddersfields large investment on training facilities he will have every opportunity to reach his potential once its all completed.

RL players' social media is embarrassing a lot of the time, I wouldn't be surprised if it puts a lot of sponsors and potential investors off investing in the game.

In the past it was marginal whether players like that could be justified because of their on-field performance - we found with Hardaker it wasn't by the end.
In the current environment however we simply can't afford to sign players who are thick as mince.

I don't really want to repeat it as the f*ckwit fringe have really been running with it recently. But it was the lie about lots of vaccinated sportspeople collapsing/dropping dead recently. It's been disproved over and over but this element isn't interested in science or facts.

As it stands I'd be very disappointed if the club signed Trueman. The club's social capital has never been higher - and this is paying some dividends in sponsors wanting to be associated with us - so it can only be dangerous to invite morons into the club, not just disrupting squad harmony but also potentially damaging our name. It's an extreme example but we don't have to look very far at all to see what happens when toxicity runs through a sporting club.

It's probably not a disciplinary issue yet but...
1. Not being vaccinated means they will miss games. And if they are unlucky could get very sick or have long-term complications. We've seen how Covid affected some of our players before vaccines came around.
2. If they are this dumb when it comes to something like Covid then how dumb are they in their general life? What sort of moronic decisions are they making every day? The really dangerous ones are those who are really dumb but think they are really smart.
