Leeds are facing a rude awakening this season, and many many fans will be very disappointed with the outcome.

How many times have we heard this before, usually when rival fans can see Leeds are on the cusp/real contenders again.

But as they say a broken clocks right twice a day.

It's tempting to ask these visiting leythers if they fancy a bet.

Shouldn't be too difficult finishing above your lot this season, that'll do for a start, if our academy can beat the Leeds academy quite comfortably like they did on Boxing day we won't be as reliant on them like you look to be

What is it with you Wakey fans and why do you all get wound up so easily when someone calls your club the "Wildcats"?



One of my best friends is a very well respected and long term sponsor of the "Wildcats", sorry "Trinity" and also has a hospitality box in the "Benidorm Towers" complex.
I get invited to Wakey games regularly (when the Rhinos aren't playing at the same time) as a guest of my friend and also have to interact with the guests.
Each home game my friend invites local companies from the Wakey area to attend these games as he/she gets lots of custom from them and they're also nearly all Wakey fans too.
The gig that I play is to see how many replies that I can get from asking Questions like " How do you think that the Wildcats will go this season? or How did the Wildcats lose last week? etc

The number of replies I get that I get that are "We're not the F#cking Wildcats, We're Trinity"
To which I just plead ignorance

he rates applegarth highly and says they have some good talent coming through but they do need to have a good season injury wise. if they can they they should be mid table but If injuries bite they could be in trouble

I'm not really that bothered exactly where we finish, but a season without worrying about relegation and having some good rugby played while bringing along some of our younger players would be nice.

The only other thing is a win over Sts, or at least giving them a genuine test every time we play them. We haven't beaten them since March 2018, and they are the yardstick at the moment.

I tend to agree that we overachieved a bit last season, but I think most fans are willing to give Smith time to develop his team without having to win something this year.
