I get where you're coming from, but missing Hall & Watkins for this game really could be the difference between finishing in the top four and contesting for silverware.

| Don't know if the case or not, because I know he had a late fitness test on Thursday, but told Golding will be another couple of weeks away yet. And Jack has his foot in a protective boot at the moment due to fluid on the ankle, club waiting to see the swelling go down.

| Sutcliffe returns this week after passing concussion test today, so if Golding & Walker out that'll be him at fullback

We might see him at centre with Watkins missing.

| Say both Golding and Walker are available - who plays where? Walker at fullback and Golding to centre?

IF both were available I don't think Walker would be picked for this game. Golding at FB, Sutcliffe at centre along with Moon who I know people don't want to see moved from HB but I think he will for this particular game with the England absentees.
If neither Golding or Walker are available then Sutcliffe to FB and Moon and Ward in the centres.

I would say yes to this, if Golding or Walker are fit to play.

McDermott has already said it'll be a last resort for him to move Moon back to centre.
If they are both out then I think he would have to move Sutcliffe to fullback, Moon to centre with Ward, Burrow to HB, Baldwinson and Oledzki or Ormondroyd to bench.

| If Golding is fit I would play him at FB and Walker at centre with Sutty. Walker looked to be comfortable attacking and has nice hands and feet. Ward in the pack 13 could provide defensive cover.

| Walker can't be picked at centre. Catalans would just send their big backrowers running at him all day and he's not up to that sort of defensive duty, he'd get battered. The centres are two out Sutcliffe, Moon and Ward.

I'd go for them too unless both FB's don't make it and Sutcliffe has to play there.
Golding/Walker
Briscoe Sutcliffe Moon Handley
McGuire Burrow
Galloway Parcell Garbutt
JJB Delaney
Singleton
Lilley (he hasn't gone back to Bradford has he?)
Ward
Cuthbertson
Mullally
If Sutcliffe has to play FB then Ward to centre and bring in Baldwinson/Ormondroyd/Oledzki to the bench.

| Yep, me too. Though as is normal against the dragons, it depends on their mood. If their ill-disciplined, can't be ar$ed side surfaces we'll win almost regardless of who plays.

| Hi,
Long time Rhinos fan heading over to Perpignan for the first time for the games vs Les Cats on Saturday! Cautious optimism that despite the absentees, we may bounce back from last week's showing vs the Giants...
Does anyone have any recommendations for places to eat / drink, what to do pre game / on the Friday and any other things of note in the town?
Any advice or tips would be much appreciated!
Thanks

| There is a decent Indian restaurant by the side of the river on the bridge and if I recall correctly an Aussie themed bar. Perpignan is pleasant enough but not a great deal to do TBH

Why would you go to Perpignan to have an Indian meal or even worse go to an Aussie themed bar?
Try the local cuisine & especially the local wine.
Give it a whirl you might like it & it doesn't have to cost an arm & a leg.
Go to the local castle, if you've time go to Carcassonne or to Collioure or Banyuls on the coast.
Easy to visit by train.

All the Leeds fans gather in the square under the Castillet pre game at Cafe de la Poste. Hetherington and crew usually bob along for a drink with fans too. Fans get there in the morning and i swear some wont leave and miss the game.
La Roma restauant near the tourist information centre on the bridge is decent and the team eat there usually after the game.
As people have said its a nice enough town but theres not a lot to do there hence why most people stay out of town.
I usually stay in Barcelona but most stay in Lloret de Mar.
Looking forward to it.

| I was looking forward ro watching Catalan and Rhino's match on Saturday, however it would appear it is on Sky Sports ' Mix' channel . Another channel on subscription only. I pay for Sky Sports and refuse to pay for an additional channel so it goodbye to Sky I think !
