Next year will be his last without a doubt. They obviously think he can still perform for another 18 months and i agree with that. Senior still gives us good go forward out wide. It also gives Watkins more time to develop so he'll be somewhere near ready to fit into that left centre when Senior/Leeds call it a day.

I meant I think that its a bit early to be signing an aging player for next season, when its 18months until the end of the contract. But hey, they know more about running a club which competes for top honours than I do.

You noticed that too. I'm glad I'm not the only person here who thinks that the relative speeds of signing of 2 contracts is not necessarily directly proportional to the relative urgency with which they are approached.

The stick that Keith Senior gets from Rhinos fans is deplorable.

But i still dont see the reasons for rushing through contracts with players it is not urgent for, and dallying with others.

Five over six for me as it gave more recognition to the team that finished top and that ran through every position in turn, making every team (in with a chance) strive for every point during the regular season.
