It just covers all bases so eastwood doesn't end up in limbo if the visa appeal fails.
It's very straight forward imo win the appeal he's a leeds player for 3 yrs from december 09,the appeal fails his future is already secure with the doggies!!

Perhaps we should get SBW from French RU on a reciprocal deal with the Bulldogs, so that we have him on loan for the rest of this season subject to fitness & he swaps places with GE in Dec 09.

I like the Shenton suggestion but feel that the club had identified a need to bolster the pack & I'm not convinced that has really changed.
