Disagree. Its 2022. Those who want to mourn can, but those who want to crack on should also be allowed. The Queen struck me as a person who would ‘crack on’.

Should wear black armband. 1 min silence then crack on with the match. If it was postponed it would cause chaos in terms of scheduling.

Talk of amateur sport being cancelled this weekend too. Really not sure how that is going to help the mental well-being of the nation!

Sad as it is (as it is for when anyone dies, but more so those that go before their time) she was 96, and I'm not someone who agrees with having a Monarchy. Some people can watch the rugby tonight, others can watch queen montages (while pretending to not keep up with the rugby score).

I really hope Tindall can kick on but I'd say barring a couple of massive defensive misreads by Briscoe v catalan he's shown up more consistently than tindal who's especially looked shakey bringing the ball away.

That is the problem with Briscoe his reading of defense is appalling and it will cost his team mates. The only way we win is to get into their forwards and rile them to a point of them losing their cool. I tend to agree with you Martin is a key miss.

When we played Wigan, we had one agenda, shut down French and Field and they have no strike. Marshall aside.

He did seem to fix this up a bit after his errors and to be fair handley for all his strengths is a bit of a liability in that area too. I just think Briscoe will offer better yardage carries than tindal (unless he's worked on that) and we're going to need some momentum in that regard. Anyway they're both playing so fingers crossed they can fix up those areas

The vast majority of people in the UK and many more in the Commonwealth will want to pay their respects to a truly marvellous lady which is quite normal and if this results in many events being cancelled so be it.

In my humble opinion, i hope sporting events go ahead this weekend as it's a great opportunity to show respects to the Queen throughout the events. She was a great lover of sport too. But, i do get the magnitude of her passing and can understand if they are cancelled. No dramas either way.

Surely the best way to pay respects is to carry on regardless? Wasn't that her way? To continue to do her duty come what may?

There is literally no one on here complaining. If anything, youre the one with the bee in your bonnet at the thought of the rugby being on.

It is a free world and there for cancelling sport and taking away peoples choice is not free is it, its forcing a narrative on people “you will mourn you will bow to your betters”
