Slight error on the post .. I was talking about the game as a whole, including the Cas contribution. I did say "our" though
Meant not just our effort or the overall result..

Enjoyed the game, our best so far this season, despite the 2 brain farts. We lifted our intensity in the second half and had them really struggling to get out of their half. We just let it spill over a bit too far on both occassions and it cost us the game IMHO.
Straight red card. 3 game ban reduced to 2 on EGP.'"
Agree with all that

| Hmm contrary to popular opinion I thought the game was scrappy I accept it was exciting towards the end but all it whetted my appetite for was a to see Leeds string together a top quality performance for the fist time in a couple of months!
I was left feeling that we were seriously misfiring, that we looked disjointed, in general our timing was slightly out and we looked more than a little unimaginative in attack. Not surprising given how little this group have played together this season.
As for Sinfield I was left wondering what he was so frustrated about? The realisation that his powers are on the wane perhaps?

| I'm really liking the way Cass are playing at the moment - they are playing as a team. Last year they were 12 blokes running around after one bloke, not knowing what the fekk he was going to do next.
This year they look well organised, well drilled and playing with grit and determination, nothing fancy just good, old fashioned hard work and it's a joy to watch.

| Cracking game, had a play off feel to it, lots of panic rugby but great value from start to finish.
I've got all my 14 fingers crossed for a repeat at wembley in an all Yorkshire final

About what? Will we not be playing Salford?
I sincerely hope that the game matches the intensity of last Thursdays.
I'm pretty long in the teeth and don't live or die by results these days so I'd take a loss to a resurgent Salford side if it's a great game to the usual low intensity borefest our games have been.

Yes, you are correct, you're playing Salford next....well done.
I am also certain that the match will have an intensity to match your last game.
Roll on Friday.

I certainly hope so allthough I am down to miss the game this week.
I hear that your new coach has put some priority on lifting fitness levels at the club and it seems to be paying dividends.

| Iestyn has worked wonders in turning the ship around so quickly following Nobles tenure. Heās made some clever additions in Mason-Caton Brown, Josh Griffin and of course Kevin Locke (although heās only played one game thus far). We look much fitter, our defence is stronger and due to the recent additions have pace to score from anywhere on the pitch and capitalise on opposition errors.
Leeds will be a big test for us though, weāre by far the finishing article and are still prone to lapses in concentration. The intensity weāve shown in spells which has blown the likes of Huddersfield, Hull FC and Hull KR away in recent weeks needs upping considerably if were to challenge you boys on Friday night.

| we're not in the greatest of form.
A good 15 mins at the end of the Hull KR game and an improved showing against Cas were steps in the right direction but I suspect Salford's form in the last month has been far better.
Ooooh, talking myself into getting excited about this game.

| Lots of mistakes but it was played at a decent pace and a good intensity. It was probably the best Leeds Salford game in years but that isn't exactly much of an accolade!

| I didn't particularly enjoy the game, though I was already in a bad mood after Yorks' loss in the T20 so that probably contributed to what I'm about to say.
The game was close & so it was exciting for that reason but it remained close due to our poor play & mistakes rather than Salford's good play.
Had we not made so many errors & the game still been close then I would have enjoyed it more.
