Could depend on who McDermott would move to centre if we had an injury in the backs. Ablett or Keinhorst? I know the former played there against Hull last week but was that just to reduce his defensive workload ahead of this week? Would he be loathed to move Ablett from the 2nd row in such a big match?

I would go Keinhorst simply for his Versatility.As said, it's unlikely either will get much game time anyway, injuries aside. So Achurch and Handley the unlucky two for me.

Hope Songleton doesn't miss out

Keinhorst, and Handley to drop out for me. If he doesn't get injured then he offers a lot more of a threat than Keinhorst, IMO.

Achurch and Handley for me too.
Achurch has had little game time these past two months.
Travesty if Singleton misses out IMO.
Much will depend on how fit Delaney is and could be replaced by Achurch in the end.
On another note I see Kelly has made the HKR squad, shock horror.

Delaney will play and do one of his man-marking jobs on Kelly.

Also think that we'll go hookerless to start (or standoffless with Kev playing acting half) so that our defensive intensity knocks it out of Hull KR in the first period. Then bring Rob on after half-an-hour for the rest of the game.

For me. Keinhorst offers more for me when starting in the second row rather than off the bench, but his recent performances must merit a squad place over Achurch.

There is no chance of Keinhorst missing out. Shock selection in the 2012 final, and Mac loves him. Handley and Delaney to miss out. Frog could hardly walk today!

Handley can only be there for the experience since he played this week for the U19s, so that leaves perm any 2 from 3 - Delaney, Keinhorst or Achurch.
Since if fit ( & I think he is) Delaney is a certainty then it's a straight choice between Keinhorst & Achurch.
Either will do the job for us I'm sure but personally I'd like it to be Keinhorst who gets in.

Team named. Keinhorst and Handley miss out, Cuthbertson named at 9. Looks like the same gameplan as the Wigan game in that case, targeting down the middle and winning the field position battle.

Gutted for Jimmy but chuffed for Achurch. Been through a lot has Mitch, he deserves a spot in a huge game.

Very harsh on Keinhorst, to me he deserves a space over Achurch. Nothing against him but with his recent injuries he seems like a liability.

Another thing with Mitch is confidence. Leaving him out of the squad for the 2nd consecutive season would have knocked any right out of him with what he has been through already. This will be such a morale booster for him which everyone will hope carries through until the end of the season. Its quite possibly make or break for him.

Achurch did not deserve that spot over Jimmy. Anyone who says otberwise is just lying.

Tough on Keinhorst. I wonder if there are still doubts about Delaney? Achurch would be a stronger replacement if this is the case.

I don't like it. Playing a conservative, none-expansive game diminishes our attack, keeps the ball away from our flanks and ultimately keeps the scores low.

Yep keinhorst hard done to there, been playing well, Achurch done nothing ever in four years to deserve a place.

Mitch Garbuttt must be feeling pleased, first season in super league and playing at wembly.
