That’s awful from Bentley, c*** player really struggling to understand why we resigned him, or signed him full stop.

No meltdowns, but that was a very poor and dumb at times first half not far removed from last season's offerings.

Back row is our most competitive position. That won’t get Bentley selected on a regular basis.

We just don't do the basics well enough to get any consistency.

Whilst I never expected Salford to roll over and be cannon fodder, i did expect us to be considerably better.

Our attack is going to take a while to click. The issue is the one that was always a concern our forwards are not punching any holes so our halves have had no front foot ball so it all looks a bit laboured. Our defence still feels passive so no change from last year there. Hopefully we come back get the win. A couple of scratchy wins first couple of weeks gives a bit of breathing space for RS

Looks likely Mik will be out at least next week? That wasn’t great let’s hope we can hold the ball and apply some pressure second half. We’re really struggling for middle impact and Oledski was clearly our best.
