It was looked at and the panel said it was worthy of a penalty at the time but no further action.

Bit of a kick in the backside for the referee and both touch judges, who didn't even give a penalty despite having time to consult with the VR if they wanted to.

Fair enough. Looked a tad late but maybe not malicious.
