We need to produce something which looks good, meets sponsor and competition expectations and will sell well, there really aren't any other considerations when it comes to shirts.

you can do very little with home shirts. any club or any sport really. away shirt is the one you play around with. and god forbid those awful cricket shirts

don't mind Home kits being traditional and being traditional blue & amber it reminds me of our 2005, 2016 & 2018 home shirt bit it's fine for me and nice tribute for Rob as well, like others have said Home kits you keep traditional & it's away kits you can chop & change for sales.

Went in the Merrion centre shop today, oh wow the quality of the merch is really bad isn't it?

Every clothing item looks like it is made out of cheap plastic, even the replica shirts look like crappy training shirts. Some of the designs look good on the website, but in person was a big no thankyou from me.

Its a bit hit and miss if im honest, some look great, some are mickey poor.

Home shirt is ok, looks great but feels a bit cheap.
My main bug bear with all this Oxen gear is its always about 1 to two inches too short in length to be truly decent.
As a more "rotund" member of our fanbase Im forever having to wear an extra t-shirt / under shirt with most of the items as the merch always seem to sit too high once you start moving around.

I bought one of those navy "stretchy" fabric polos last year and thats not too bad, but this new stuff is going to get frustrating as it doesn't look like its going to break in a la the old ISC gear (before they went naff)

I've stopped buying as much these last couple of years because of the decline in quality. Really poor.

Finally got some comms back from Oxen.
Confirmed they aren't doing any XS due to small numbers buying them which I suppose is fair enough BUT...she's confirmed the following;

I've always found the range for toddlers and young kids to be poor. There's such little choice. I contacted the club about it once and got no reply

They do do J16 sizes.

Anyway Im going to buy a Player issue shirt when they get round to selling them, quality is always much better.

Thought the kit actually looked great on Sunday, just a shame Oxen's quality, fit and finish is shockingly poor
