To be fair the seats in the north stand will be quite pricey too so it comes at no surprise that the club will want to make money on them.

So it does beg the question where are those sat in the temporary stand going to sit whilst they finish the North stand?

They’ll move over to the south stand for next season and then have first priority for the North Stand on completion.

And what if they do not wish to move ! When they find out the North Stand prices have increased considerably. !

Then they buy a South Stand seat

But they will won’t they? Because if they don’t, they won’t be at the game. They’ve got have that opportunity as everyone has. Considering there won’t be a north stand come November, they wouldn’t be able to renew their season ticket if they weren’t able to move to this part.

They have 3 choices - carniege seats, carniege terrace + west terrace.

Then they'll have a chance of south stand seats + terrace after renewals have ended.

Why would the north standers get first choice of south stand seats?

Because they are the people who pay the most money. There probably won't be enough non-season ticket seats in the Carnegie to cover the lost corporate seats IF the new north stand isn't finished by the start of the season, never mind north stand season ticket holders.

It would be administrative malpractice and financial idiocy not to ensure the people who already have seats have somewhere to sit at the outset next year.

Found it very interesting having a look at the website in regards to all the suites and hospitality boxes. There’s so many to choose from.

Sadly the tin pot clubs who refuse to invest in facilities (Wakefield, Castleford, Hull kr) will continue to lobby to keep the salary cap down and force our star players out of Super League and over to the NRL

Leeds are one of the biggest opponents to increasing the salary cap.

I’ve just been looking on the planning portal and there are the full detail plans of the stands on there. The concourse in the north stand for the changing rooms is absolutely huge. There are so many different rooms, also the distance between the Away and Home changing rooms is quite vast with one at the west end and the other at the east.

The changing rooms in the south stand are in a total different place to where I expected too. I thought they’d have one at each side of the tunnels on the south stand, but they are both situated at the western side of the ground, using the door to the side of the south stand to access the pitch on the south west corner. I am guessing they’ll use these for part of the 2019 season.
