| All three remaining games are winnable by us. Saints are probably that bit too far ahead of everyone, when they want to play.
London is the key fixture we should target 100%. If we're not up for that one there is something wrong.
Whereas we could beat Salford and/or Wire, I really would rather not be in the position of having to.
Realistically it's unlikely that all the other sides below us will get 2 wins from the remaining 3 but if we can just dispatch London we can relax and start prep for an important year next year.

I would, I know there's a lot of love for London but ATEOTD they are bottom with a big negative points difference for a reason. I'm not saying it will be an easy game but we should be capable of winning, I think the Salford at home game is the one that's most difficult (if we still need to win it that is) as they are in belting form, if Warrington don't have Austin they look average.

| I think all 3 of our remaining games are a bit of a tall order.
London - On their home plastic pitch with them knowing that they also need a win for survival. Desire is going to win this one and London are not short in that department.
Salford - Form team in the comp at present and I don't think we will win this one. They are on a roll and enjoy putting one over on us.
Warrington - If they are playing for top 5 position then this could be a tough one too, if they are safe in play offs then we will have more of a chance. Their form is certainly nothing to write home about and the CC could have a big bearing on their future form.
I can see us not winning another, hope I'm wrong.

| If we hold on to the ball and don’t make silly errors all game, we can mix it with most sides now I think.
Lui gives us a kicking game we haven’t had for years.
Ava is a machine at prop, really stiffens up that pack.
Martin is skilful and adds pace to the edges which again we’ve lacked.
Lunt gives us solidity and control from dummy half, and a good distribution to first receiver which again we’ve lacked at times.
Structurally we are a better side now than at the start of the season, aside from Ward who I’m hoping will Ben back before season end (but not on plastic pitch).
Cuthbo is in better form and Hurrell has cut out some mistakes, and we don’t have the same turnstile right edge defence leaking three tries every game.
We certainly shouldn’t be easy to beat by anyone in this league given what’s at stake for the club.

| The players we have are better than London, that is obvious . It's our players who need to need to be right mentally .you can tell how anxious they are and the way the way they celebrated against Giants and Cats .

| I'd have thought London would be looking at their remaining fixtures and seeing them all as being very winnable for them. Suspect there's a few twists and turns left in this yet

| I too think all our 3 games are winnable I also can see us losing our last 3 games.
It could go down to the last game of the season and if I`m not mistaken we play Warrington, Hudds play Catalan and London play Wakefield .

| Over 2 weeks to prepare for the biggest game of the season.Agar needs to make sure the players take to the field with confidence in their own ability and use controlled aggression. We don'tt want to be giving back to back penalties away.We have to play to our strengths but shouldn't feel the need to try and score on every play.Man for man our team is better. Not only is this a massive gamer the players it's also a massive test of Agars coaching ability.

| If ever we needed any highlighting of why our game as so far regressed we only have to watch this CC final. Absolutely disgraceful officiating, making up ridiculous rules as they go along. All three try decisions all completely wrong. You have ruined the game.

The refereeing was mixed. At least Hicks let the game flow which made for a much better game.
However virtually every big decision he made he got wrong.
The decision not to look at the VR in the first few mins was criminal and indicative of his own ego.
Both on-field and VR were wrong in my view to disallow Warrington’s try. Not sure why it matters whether he slightly touched the man playing the ball.
Saints try shouldn’t have stood either. Clear obstruction on Ratchford from Thompson (I think). Hicks had only recently penalised Warrington for crossing too. Though of course he was willfully blind to Saints obstruction in the game v us a few weeks back.
I have no idea how Hicks even got the game in the first place. He’s been poor all year. Clearly the RFL wanted someone with a media-friendly story to ref the game rather than the best referee.

Did you say the same after we rested players against Wigan and then lost the semi against Hull?

Its something that happens but rarely seems to work in my eyes. Players need to go into big games battle hardened.
Similarly in the top 5 playoff system when a team used to go straight through to the Grand Final and have a week off before it they used to come unstuck at Old Trafford quite a bit.

| Cracking game.
I'm no lover of Hicks but Thaler was appalling for disallowing Wire a try for brushing a hair on a teammates leg.

| It went up as no try for contact with the man playing the ball. There was no evidence to overturn that.

Yep. Clearly as both Hicks and Thaler gave no try for that reason there must have been a decision made that that isn’t allowed. Quite why I have no idea.

It is a stupid interpretation. He wasn’t obstructing, and that is what it was disallowed for, the interpretation of this been contact. The fact he didn’t even make contact, shown clearly on the replays, just highlights how poor these full time officials are, but doesn’t change the wrong usage of the rules.
Why can they not get back to refereeing to the rule book, instead of what they have rewritten in their heads only, over last few years.
The big change in these officials started the minute they went full time. It was a mistake, and has got worse as they continue to keep trying to justify their existence. All we need is officials to apply the rules of the game.

| If referees ref to the rule book you wouldnt have a game as there would be a penalty every single play the ball. They have to manage the game and let it flow as best they can. In the main they do a decent job.
What I dont understand is why does a referee when sending a decision to the video ref because he doesn't know whether or not a try has been scored have to make a guess which then influences the video refs decision? That is wrong to me.
I rarely comment on referees as they give what they give and it's up to the players to deal with it. I also accept that referees are human and just like players and coaches make mistakes. I also refereed for several years so I know the job a little bit but what I dont get is why to the other referees defend clear mistakes? Ian Smith on Twitter said Hicks got the Morgan Knowles no try decision correct. He clearly didnt and made an error to everyone who saw it.

| Yes Marty i agree regards the refs going up to the VR and having to give their opinion when they don't have a clue, but their opinion can have a huge baring on the final verdict... this needs looking at for me.
