Some people have very short memories

I work with a Cas lad who’s in the know and is spot on with everything usually, also related to someone connected to the club. He reckons that Fulton Jr has no intentions of investing any more money, and actually wants to introduce a wage cap of 40k a year for first team players!!

The truth is the club is flapping like a stuck fish rubbish player management and even worse governance of contractual terms a complete and utter joke what decent player/management would want to do buissness with us right now?

If there was something being organised, I'm sure we'd have heard about it by now.

There was a bit of chatter about organising a protest by a few fans in the bars of Perpignan on Saturday night, but it appears they have forgotten about it faster than their hangovers. No mention on their socials, just the usual pre-game/end of season stuff and season ticket renewals.

However, I do think that if we are not looking competitive by half time, the bars will be full of people watching the Leigh/Wigan game.

I hope we can start with some intensity and togetherness. We need each player to show good body language and be supportive.
Nobody expects champagne football tonight but enthusiasm and defensive effort and some hard running will at least get the crowd behind them.
2 odd looking sides, so who knows but we need some of the established players to show some leadership tonight.

Sinfield should get the chance to be 1st receiver without Smith. Hope he goes well. He may give us a bit of organisation.

Yeah it has the makings of another one that could fall apart again with them having 2 halves and disgruntled ex players always looking for revenge. Further players out for us, especially Smith as the only one who was left with any real passing game. A lot to ask of sinfield to be that player tonight. Win or lose, again you can still identify if we've 'played to the potential that's out there', namely not coughing up cheap possession, daft penalties and 6 agains, and turning up with some strong carries and contact.

Olpherts has to make the top 10 worst rhinos players ever. Aside from just being here next year why is he still picked. Pay him off and send him on his way. Whether he plays a single minute for us next year it'll be a barometer of our ambition.

Cas really haven't turned up with the intent to get stuck in I thought they would.

Half way to getting the season finished avoiding a result that would have left a sour taste. Get the job finished now and close the book.

Playing well. Got to take into account the opposition but we have looked pretty good tonight. Sinfield has done well and Walters has distributed well also

I know it doesn’t make any tangible difference, but it’s a real positive for the likes of Sinfield who have come into the team for some hammerings, to instead be involved in something positive.

You can only play what’s in front of you

He’s done nothing apart from moan and 2 poor kicks. Cas very poor, we’ve done well and played with intensity and good spirit.
Perhaps Cas players have all been told it’s £40k a year from now on.they have made a lot of errors, we’ve made some poor ones but had plenty of field position for a change.
