| Fabulous win that. Can’t believe we have a big chance of major silverware this year. Thought that’d be a couple of seasons off. Really proud of the boys. Agar deserves a lot of credit to be fair

| Brilliant performance from 1-17 enjoyed every minute.
Gale was suoerb behind an awesime pack (Been watching vids of Danny Mags in the 2017 GF) .
The gameplan was spot on our physical contact was immense & kudos to Agar spot on.
Its a shame the Final is at an empty Wembley but it is what is & im sure it will still be a cracking game.

| Making a final was beyond my expectations for the season. A good achievement, that's the appeal of the cup though I guess.
Does anyone wonder how Walker will fit back into the side?

What amazes me on this forum is that as soon as we come up with a poor result or poor performance, some on here (I’m sure you know the ones I mean) are straight in with the criticism and moaning but when we pull out a performance like today, they are nowhere to be seen, not a single word uttered! The silence speaks for itself!'"
I’ll always call what I see, been critical but also quick to praise too. Outstanding today.

Probably Cutho back in for Holryod, Cutho can produce some magic if we need it, Holyoyd still young an inexperienced and not ready for a Cup Final.
Myler in over Walker purely on merit.

| The Myler / Walker debate is actually a debate about Myler and Lui. If Walker is fully fit he plays, then it’s a debate about Myler and Lui, which I’d say Myler would currently come out top in.
Still smiling about yesterday, performance matched the conditions perfectly.

Lui after looking appalling first game back after Lockdown has ben getting better week on week whilst being under the radar, was superb yesterday whilst others took the plaudits. On form/merit Walker will have to wait to get an opportunity Mclelland will probably be 3rd choice half at the moment Walker 2nd choice fullback.

| Taxi for Lam on the Wigan board! All though some praise/acknowledgement of our superb performance.
Funny how a couple of weeks can change things.

| On present form I can't see Walker getting in the side, which says a lot about Mylers improvement. He wasn't really tested yesterday under the high ball or his defence , but he has hardly put a foot wrong in recent weeks. Jon Wilkin made a comment yesterday that Myler had never really cut it as a halfback and fullback was possibly his best position. There could well be some truth in that. He was found wanting when given the main halfback role at Leeds and the improvement since Gale arrived has been massive, but as a fullback he links brilliantly in the line. Credit to Agar for giving him the opportunity there.

absolutely. same here. great performance in the conditions, near faultless game plan and ball handling. Gale controlled the game on the back of that and Wigan never once in the game. Not a fan of Agar but he deserves his dues for getting this team to a major final and a real chance of winning with it being Salford.

| Watching the game back today, still in awe! Big praise goes to Agar for me, completely nailed the game plan, play the basics and earn the right to try the fancy stuff in tough conditions. Thought all the lads showed how well we can play when we are on our A game, Hurrell looked way fitter as well, good to see! On to Wembley now

| Also I thought prior flew under the radar but was solid all throughout the game, a real engine. Oledzki seems to just keep getting better and better too

| I don't think Walker gets back in. He can't be relied upon to stay fit. It's foot injury after foot injury.

| Brilliant performance reminiscent of GF wins in previous years.
The only decision is Cuthbertson or Holroyd. Walker cannot oust Myler the way he`s been playing.
Agree about Prior going under the radar and Hurrell playing in his preferred RC role along with Gale and Oledszki.
But for me the unsung hero has to be Donaldson again in particular his workrate.
Also thought Sutcliffe and Handley played well.
Johnstone, Tanganoa and Watts next year and we are right back where we belong

| I love JJB, he's such an enthusiast and a great ambassador.
Personally, I would go with Holroyd again over Cuthbo, but I suspect injuries notwithstanding, Cuthbo comes back in. I've seen enough of Holroyd in the academy to think he can handle open age, and people will be surprised at his game beyond just carting it up. He has an offload on him and he's also aggressive.
It's important to keep that momentum going forward if we want the halves to do their jobs, and Holroyd does that better than Cuthbo for me. Having said that, Cuthbo can come up with big plays and it depends on how we plan to attack Salford.
Agree re. Donaldson, I love how he plays and he's brilliant and cleaning up down the middle. Few mistakes. High quality player actually.
Lui does a lot of good stuff. He's a strong thing and puts a shot in in defence, and he has the bag of tricks too. What worries me is his fitness, his knees look shot.
If you'd contributed to that excellent performance to get past Wigan you'd be pretty p-d off to get dropped now for the final.
Controversially again: I felt we lost shape and direction when Leeming went off late game. Might be coincidence but we just seemed to drift and clock off a bit after then.

They were probably pretty tired but that stage in those conditions. Leeming probably ran over 150 metres too so deserved a rest. Thought Dwyer was good when he came on...

Saints are really not that good! We'd have beaten Saints with yesterday's performance too. They were uch better with Thompson, and Percivak out for season now, makes massive difference to them.
