Terrific performance. Thought the pack was great tonight. Real impact from Myler, Cuthbo and Smith off the bench and the backs was clinical. Team defended well and Gale organised the team magnificently.

Really chuffed to bits with that. Best atmosphere since new stands was built and great spirit in the team.

Tone and cadence of the match was decided when Prior absolutely cleaned out Austin early doors, no ifs no buts.

After that Austin didnt want to know and Widdop was utterly anonymous all game, bar his hospital ball offloads.

This left Warrington utterly reliant on Steff, who true to form at Headingley served up a big bowl of anonymity.

We played some great RL, we outclassed wires very expensively assembled mercenaries who despite some flashes of resistance, really cba with the grind.

Wire will get better I reckon as the tracks dry out etc but for now?

The only defence for the call is that it was made by the linesman. He was certain. Probably wrong, but at least it was called for the right reasons rather than the usual guess work.

I loved what he said at the end about being challenged to earn a place in the 17. He's taken that on and is in there on merit, speaks very well of his character - and character is always good for the team.

The person who saw it the clearest called it a try, I haven’t a clue wether he got it down or not but the VR had to give it as he couldn’t see either way.

Anyway, what a difference a year makes! I don’t care how poor Warrington were, that was as enjoyable a performance as ive seen from us in a long while, the 0 pleases me more as does the team spirit so well done to all involved, I just hope we can keep the momentum up it would be really nice after the last two years to get to 20 points in the first half of the season which should see us safe and be able to really enjoy going to games again

First things first huge credit to Agar we looked well organised without the ball & had loads of options when we attacked.
Also the Team spirit & Rhinos ethos has returned they tackled hard ran hard & played as a TEAM.
Our pack were immense which gave Gale his platform to lead the way.
Walker was excellent until he went off & Myler carried that on i dont think we had 1 player under 8/10.
We need Cam Smith tied down long term he Oledski & eventually Walters Holroyd & co can lead our pack for the next decade. Newman proves his class every game & despite been slated by many Handley will score plenty of tries for us.

Not getting carried away but that was so pleasing and fun to watch. Got to give credit to Prior, his tackle on Austin set the tone early on and Austin ran away from Prior after that. Warrington really had an off day and they are better than they showed tonight. We will have tougher games than tonight and still waiting to see what we can do against a team playing well. Could of put half a dozen names in the hat for MOM and I'd be happy with any picked out. Great team performance and looking forward to games again MOT

Very good all round team performance. Gale Lui Smith Prior Myler the stand outs. Big raps to Agar and coaching team who seem to be be building a very good team spirit.

Really impressed with Prior tonight but he didn't clean him out. Replays show he caught Austins ankle with his foot which put him down and then Prior flops on him. Austin was limping for the rest of the game.
Not taking anything away though, great performance.

Great to see the shoots of a good team coming through, it's been two bad seasons but feels like we're on the up.

Another plus for Leeds is that weve room for at least 2 quality signings to come in. Plus Leeming, Greenwood Tom Briscoe and hopefully Wardy to come back. Many good things to build on.

Got to be the stupidest comment ever.

We all have our doubts on here, and I doubt much will get carried away, but that performance was one of the highest order. Even if you want to ignore the superb attacking play and moves, the fact we nilled a so called champions elect team with an abundance of talent on the team sheet, was an absolute class defensive performance.

Nobody over here would have beat us last night. That wasn’t down to Warrington, that was down to us.

Alex Mellor looks good too, the type of player who should be even better when the grounds firm up.

What a great performance all round - special call outs to Myler, Dwyer, Newman and Prior.

I was really impressed with the team spirit - there seemed to be a real buzz between the lads, something that I’ve not noticed in a few years.

Whilst I thought we were fantastic, and we were the ones who made Wire look average, I do temper the excitement with the fact I think the pitch and conditions certainly suited us - the sandpit certainly doesn’t encourage fast, free flowing, quick ptb rugby - the stuff Clarke thrives on. We played the conditions great; the kicking to touch, stop/start nature of the game, combined with the sandpit taking the speed out of the bigger players legs all stopped Wire being able to play their best style. Here’s to a long, wet summer....

Enormous amount of positives from last night obviously but the standout for me was the team spirit. That was a bunch of guys really enjoying what they did and really working hard for each other.

This was sadly missing in recent times and I applaud Agar for what he has brought to this squad.
