I can read allright that they have 4 or 5 missing and we have 7 missing of our first choice 13s and we can't assume McGuire or Hardaker will play either as we have had to name injured playes each week in he 19. You are in denial regarding the very serious handicaps we have had all season.

Translation to that is that you realise you were wrong the other day, so are now changing the goal posts to try and make another point. The point made the other day is exactly the same, Cas have more players missing than we do. Not that it is relevant to what is said, but we actually have six not seven of our first thirteen missing, and even that is debatable depending on whether Ferres should be first choice. Which could very well be the same for Cas tonight also.

Nobody is playing down our difficulties this year, it's just you and others fail to realise that other teams have similar experiences and it is those we should be comparing our results to.

Ive been saying that most weeks of the year, indeed this has been reflected by me backing them in the predictions every week and hence my abysmal position reflecting Leeds' at the moment.My patience has finally gone and tonight i have backed against them for the first time so i suggest all you gamblers lump on Leeds for an easy pay day

I queried this and asked you for a list which you failed to provide. Now that Cas fan has said they have 4 or 5 (Massey might play) missing from their starting 13 and it is my understanding that we still have 7 missing from our starting 13 so how is that moving the goal posts. You now say we could well be the same which is a good example of moving your own goal posts as you stated they have more missing than Leeds. This shouldn't need a translation even for you.

You actually put my quote in your response, yet obviously do not read. Cas have more players missing than us, that is a fact. A Cas fan said they have 4 or 5 missing from their =#FF0000first choice thirteen. I repeat, I said Cas have more players missing than us, never a mention of first choice thirteen. But when posters talk about ours missing, they also dont' refer to first thirteen.

However, Gale and Massey have late fitness tests tonight, and if missing that would be six missing =#FF0000from first choice thirteen. We have six missing, not seven, six missing, and that is debatable as I would bet money that Ferres would be a starter regardless, which would make five. That said, only you are going on about first choice thirteens. My comment stays the same as earlier in the week, that Cas have more players missing than us.

Leeds have Ward, Briscoe, Hall, Moon, Ablett, Delaney, & Falloon missing (7 who would all make the 17 if fit) with McGuire named in the squad after missing most of the season with an 80/20 chance of playing. Cas have Shenton, Roberts, Lynch, Holmes (4) missing who else?

Webster Mariano and Hampshire all injured too. Webster named in 19 tonight but doesn't play.

a) squad nos. 1-13 (fact - available on LR website)
b) "first choice 13" (subjective & others' opinion may be different)
c) "the 17" (subjective & others' opinion may be different)

Obviously there is not much difference from a first 13 and first 17 player given nearly always all the subs are used (unless you have our coach)

Not at all - similarly Ali started on the bench on numerous occasions for Leeds & you couldn't say that he wasn't important to us.

The point I was making was that if you are comparing numbers of players out injured for different teams, you should stick to a comparison that is consistent.

Further, to my mind, b) & c) should be avoided as they are subjective - for instance, is Delaney in your 1st choice 13, 1st choice 17, or neither of these when all the squad is fully fit? I guarantee your answer will be disputed by others. Equally, Sutcliffe, Lilley, Falloon, Burrow, Ferres, Singleton, Achurch, JJB.
