| I know it won't go down well with some of the older posters on here who prefer these shirts ahead of modern efforts (mostly because they could hide their flab much better) but those kits are hateful.

| I don't actually recognise the wearer of the Leeds shirt.
Other than that, photo resolution only allows me to make out the faces of the front 2 rows at all (and those not that clearly). Is that Dean Bell on the far left of the front row?
Purely based on the tache and mullet (as that's all I can see) and the fact that it might be a Rochdale shirt, that is probably Mike Kuiti in the middle of the back row.
The Cas shirt looks round enough to be Crooksy.
That's all I've got, I was only a slip of a thing in 1992(?).

Correct, of course. Kuiti in Rochdale kit, Crooks (Castleford), Powell (Sheffield), Rombo (Dewsbury), Bell (Wigan), Edwards (Leeds).
And, yes, the huge majority of those kits are eye-watering.

| That Leeds kit (beautifully modelled by the web-meister's favourite ever player) was significant as it represented their first departure from the then traditional design.
The one positive was that it also spawned the famous/infamous red and black kit used just the once in anger at Thrum Hall.
Unfortunately the Halifax Evening Courier was still B&W back then but here's a frame from that game featuring Vince 'ten thumbs' Fawcett:

Nice to see all the clubs together with all the trophies - RL has never been equal, but it was certainly closer then than now IMHO.

| That Doncaster shirt is about as bad as it gets. Big yellow smear on the right shoulder, who can imagine a smear on a shirt nowadays
Oh yeah the current England shirt!

The Keighley one is fairly inoffensive.
Generally though, I could not agree more.
They should be viewed in the context of their time, and then swiftly forgotten about along with almost everything anybody wore in the early 90s. In this way the chances of pictures of my 10-12 year old self in luridly coloured shellsuits and sporting a "curtains" hair-do materialising are much reduced.
