I'll be voting later today and the cross will be going in the same box it always has. Unfortunately for me living in rural Lincolnshire it's a wasted vote but it's a 1 on the national count.

The most important thing is that as many people as possible go out and exercise their democratic right.

Tories seem to be making a push for the seat and he seems a good MP anyway.

The country is slowly climbing out of a global recession, the party in power is looking tired after 13 years in office and has an uncharismatic and often gaffe prone leader. It should be a Tory landslide of 1997 proportions but hats off to their leader and strategists though - their nebulous slogans and staggering incompetance suggests they'll, at best, scrape home with a tiny majority.
