I've been away from the UK for 4 weeks so can't be a*sed reading through all the threads on here, so apologies if it's already been covered, but can anyone tell me if the club is issuing an official dvd of the game?
Plus can someone point me to the thread about the game?
I have seen the game & just wanted to catch up on the thoughts of others.
FWIW I thought it was a fantastic defensive effort & that Saints never really threatened our line.
The difference between the teams was the quality of our bench, even without Ali.

You see, its' just that I have, in my possession DVD's on the game released by the club from previous Grand Finals so I wonder when these "super league restrictions" came into place or if you just made them up?

I asked you for the wording on the back of the DVD you own that you have cited as your definitive source for your statement that there are "super league restrictions" in place.

I believe that there is a a two disc DVD coming out on Nov 9th that covers the season with the second disc covering the final itself.
I wondered if the club was bringing out it's own, obviously not.

The DVD's the club sells has highlights of the Grand Final only. They have a rider on it saying that they are only allowed to show 25 mins of the final due to Super League restrictions. This has been the case in all years as far as I remember so it is not new.

If you intend buying a copy ask if if is from the new batch. The first batch was diabolical quality and we are awaiting a replacement copy.

i blame myself really, i gave him praise earlier for making his first useful contribution to the board and look at what he's gone and done!!

i believe Lawrie L, he doesnt need to back up what he says with a full 200 page document proving he is right. if he says something then its good enough for me until someone else (G1) proves otherwise, why cant people do the same
