This is a really weird position to be in but our lot Feel really bad because we love webby and don't want him to be injured coz he is legend!! But when he is injured we are concerned for him but not the team as smithy is just an awesome player to slot in at fullback!! Really people we don't know how lucky we are!! We are gonna miss smithy big time!! That kid is a fookin natural!!

Think we were actually better without Webb tonight. As previously said he was out of sorts, and the phantom call from Thaler when he decided to offload to Hall in the first half saved himself some embarrassment and saved Leeds some early goal-line defence.

We would not have won that game had Webb not gone off injured. He is far too much involved in the attack and confusing the hell out of the side. He did not look 100% in defence, and his kick returns were poor.

By contrast Smiths kick returns were perfect. Just run in hard and straight, and keep the momentum.

The momentum swung from an attacking point of view when Webb went off.

Still a super player though on form.

I think the attacking momentum changed becuase the forwards were running harder and the KR kicks were not going as deep. Smith had easier kick returns from his 30/40. Webb had to return them from his in goal or 10.

It's impossible to be sure about that. But he was poor last night and his suicide passes to Ryan Hall in his own 20 weren't necessary.
