That is correct, Halifax fans I know dont want it yet as they want to get youth structure in place 1st, MP's should sort their own house and get it in order |

Nine Labour MPs have signed a Commons motion, saying the club has a "stadium and a team fit for purpose".
They are correct. The stadium and the team are in their rightful division for now.
If the Salford stadium plan continues to go down (likewise Wakefield or Castleford fail to deliver) then perhaps there is a chance for an improved Halifax or Widnes in 2012.

Yep, you can just see the RFl changing their mind about the Celtic franchise and letting Halifax take their place next year - presumably there will be some sort of bond lodged by these dumb MP's to pay for the legal repercussions against the RFL when the starts flying ?

Perhaps you should never say never with the RFL after what they did to Gateshead after finishing sixth in their debut season in '99 but hopefully those days and actions remain firmly in the past.
