Apart from Moore replacing Clark, the departing players have been replaced by better players for next year I think. Replacing Huby will also be very difficult, but overall I think Cas look stronger for next season.

If he's got a good pack to play behind he'll do very well for you lot.

Guess you are not counting Sneyd. To me Marc is being replaced by Gale as they are the more structured halves and play a similar style. Roberts is an off the cuff type player a bit like chase who will have more of running game. Dont think Gale is a better player than Sneyd and would take a big improvement to be as good as Sneyd has been this season. Its a question of getting the balance right and this season you have with the halves. Sneyd could go to Hull and not fit into their structures of play.

I can't say I rate Sneyd that highly. Gale is a better player at the moment IMO. Both are very average in defence though.

Is Powell looking to change Finn to a hooking role then?
I've seen both play only as an away fan and the odd tv appearance but I would say Finn is better than Gale.
Is that not the case?

I would imagine it will be Roberts and Gale in the halves next year with Finn as back up. Losing Clark will mean Moore and Milner will be competing for the hooker role and Finn providing cover for the halves and hooker positions.

What did you think of Gale today? Cas certainly targeted him in defence.

not his best game but still better than Sneyd who seems to be in a bit of a blip form wise Hull fans will be glad to hear.

Always rated this kid, but reckon he would make a great loose forward rather than half-back, which I think would be perfect for Cas.

Gaskell was one of the first guys to re-sign with the club for next season. He had a great game today. He should tear it up next year.

I was thinking the same, he would make a cracking loose forward...well a throw back to when they could create, score tries, ball handle and kick!

Gaskill will tear the championship an new one next year. Great performance on Sunday from him and I hope to see Bulls back in SL for 2016.

luke gale.very average player.should really be playing for the likes of batley or Dewsbury.
