Justin carney is one of Castleford's best ever wingers, but he must learn to curb his temper, he fell foul of the RL 3 times last season. Teams know he has a short fuse and will retaliate, I am sure Bateman would have said someting to him, and he responded with a punch. With the review system now, no one is going to escape with a blatent punch. So calm down Justin we need you.

Thing that winds me up regarding McIlorum is that he'll get 3 matches after the fact and poor Kirk will be eating through straw for the next few weeks and will probably miss 8/10 games maybe more. The Rfl and refs have got to address this the on report is such a cop out

Unbelievable just watched the super league show and they showed Carney throwing a punch and getting sin binned but not the tackle on Dicko.

I think he got off very lightly - don't feel bad for McIlorum though. Dicko gets to spend a good few months on the sideline and he gets 3 matches... lenient tbh

We can't afford to give penalties away or have players spending time in the bin. We need to keep our good run going and finish as high as we can this year. It would be great if by the tail end of the season, we were safely ensconced in the play off places and we could actually enjoy watching other teams fighting it out to avoid relegation.
