However it's not great news and although Ferres has a habit of doing this he normally manages a few season so someone has peed him off.

There's obviously a lack of ambition at board level as well as 'personalities' blocking progress or not sharing the vision. It's going to be almost impossible to attract new players and build a squad for next season now. May as well start preparing for Championship rugby now. Very depressing. I fear the worst.

Not good at all...obviously we don't know all the details but to me it seemed he was taking the realist approach and trying to drag the club forward. This was the complete opposite of the 'everything will be okay, success and new ground just around the corner' approach from the previous waster.

So the board have not listened to him. If I was CEO and I put forward proposals to the board and they weren't interested then I don't blame him for going.

The dinosaurs on the board always block anything that will advance the club and potentially take away the power they hold, they don't care about the club - just themselves.

There was a rumour he wanted Cas back when Virgin had the Cola factory in Ponte, back before he bought the Broncos.

The Cas BOD got rid of Poskitt for various things that cannot be said on here.

Admin is not the answer but I wouldn't be surprised if that is the route we take.

May not be as bad as you all think.

I have heard Fozzy will be taking over, surely thats a good move by the club.

That would mean someone else will have to come in to do his current job - which he has been nothing short of fantastic at.

Think the Branson one unlikely in the extreme but the rest who knows.

I knew something was'nt right a couple of weeks ago when Andy Reid resigned form the BOD. He stated not having enough time for job or something like that. Makes you wonder what is really going on down the lane.

That did come out of the blue. Makes you wonder.

Thought so.

It is obviously clear that both RW and JF are waiting for a pay-off. Shares went from £10 each to £40 at a time when we were trying to get more people to buy into the club. They will not budge until they get paid off.

There are 2 ways this could happen. One is a dream come true for Cas fans the other is not worth thinking about and will be the death of this great club.

1. Some one comes into buy them both out and we continue with the good work laid down by Steve Ferres and Nick Fozzard with a new BOD and new investment.

2. Wheldon Road is finally sold and they both take the lions share leaving us without a home, without a BOD and without a club. The end.
