Great performance by the lads, from 1 to 17. Ben Johnson and Ryan Brierley ripped them to bits, made McNally look very average.Think Ben Scored one and created a couple Brierley scored 2 created a couple and kicked 7 from 9. John Davies led from the front really outstanding. Charlie Martin scored 2 other try scorers were Billy harris, Josh Nathaniel and Ben Blackmore ( I think but stand to be corrected).

That's because Matterson is a clown though, Gentle will give him a fair whack if he stays around next season at either half back position when injuries/suspensions happen.

Or just sees what I do? That U20's is completely different level to Super League and Brierley, in my opinion, would get mullered in a top flight game because of his size.

Add to that he's not really done much in the friendlies he's played in.

There's a difference.

Tomkins is playing with a big pack in front of him. With our light front row Brierley would get exposed. Can you imagine Brierley directing play like Chase does? I just have visions of Brierley coming in to the side and getting battered out the game, knocking all of his confidence. I'd prefer him to come in when we have a set up like Warrington had with Gareth O'Brien.

There's no doubt he has pace and skill, though. Just a question of whether can utilise those by building a strong pack for him.
