Where did you go to ?

I put on a big hat big ears, false nose, shaved off my beard, and having thus suitably disguised myself I frequented some other websites until I cheered up.

I now know how to set up my hi-fi properly (although they began bickering over belt-drive and direct-drive turntables), I'm now green-fingered and know how to make Ivy climb higher (give her a leg up!), I can bake the finest cakes in the area, but due to my diabetes I can't eat them, I bought a set of Outer Mongolian Bagpipes and joined a Jazz Band, but it didn't work out - they said it sounded like someone had trod on the cat. So I then bought a saxophone and joined an Outer-Mongolian Bagpipe band.

I've been following the Tigers (sometimes with a bucket and shovel) and kept myself up-to-date. Still can't believe Reilly's gone to Aussie - he'll wreck his knee, you mark my words. And Hardisty at Leeds, too. If we don't watch it Heppy'll be joining him there.

But I thought I'd have a look and see how everyone was getting on. It does seem to be a lot less moany than it was when I got fed up of it.

Anyone know how Heppy is doing ? I sold him a car not so long ago . Proper nice fella . Was talking to him and his son ( Graham?) for so long that I got a telling off when I went back inside work .
He rang me a few weeks later on a Monday morning to tell me he had seen me at the GF . I told him he should have come over and said hello .
He said he couldn't have because he was sat in his local club watching it and he saw me on telly .
A proper character , and a legend of the game .
