Can anyone tell me late in the fisrt half the ball came free and Shenton was on for a full length try but was pulled back, I thought we must of knocked on but then he gave us the scrum?

Yes he did but I think it was given as the tackle was deemed complete.

Thats bang on, player was on the floor so as soon as you touch them they are deemed tackled.

I don't think the momentum had stopped - he seemed to strip the ball whilst they were still moving.

Again, from what I can remember, Huby lost the ball which was picked up by their play. Huby went to tackle him and pulled it out as they fell to the ground and had the ball as he hit the deck. Alibert then blew for a penalty.
