travelling with hull next week but iirc,beer was banned on the terraces last year.is that still the case?

Only banned in bottles. So if it's bought from the bar and in a plastic glass then I believe it's ok. Or if you don't want to pay £££s for the beer in the ground, do what we sometimes do and take a 2L pop bottle with beer in and some plastic glasses.

plastic bottles last year iirc? where is the 'bar'? i remember it was just like a 'counter',serving fans last year,in the stand we were in which runs alongside the pitch.tried getting in a bar behind the sticks,but was told it was home fans only!!

Yeah sorry, I ment all bottles platic and glass are banned on the wheldon road end. But beer is allowed in those plastic pint pots. The bar behind the sticks is for the supporters club. Tiger bar is behind main stand (seating) and open for all along with the big marquee thing opposite.

The bar in the Princess St stand has gone the way of all flesh, I'm afraid.
