Hahah whys it been overturned? Personally I don't care as it doesn't affect us. RFL are morons though.

Why do the RFL bother even holding a hearing? To be honest all its done is waste the time of both players (not that they'll get any sympathy from me) It's about we adopted the Aussie system and stopped leaving it to a panel of past it refs and officials who haven't played or officiated a game for years who sit and play god for an hour or so each week. They sit and view videos haul players in listen to arguments then they sometimes get a bit of back bone and impose a ban, then the next day panic and go back on their decisions. What a load of tripe.

What does it take for a player to get a ban?

Oh I know, a disagreement with the ref! (I'm not condoning players having a go at ref's although Briers does seem to get away with it every single game he plays)

I remember the decision that I think cost us our superleague place, when Danny Brough got sent off and suspended for 3 games for a few expletives, whereas if he had attempted to knock someone's head off he would have presumably got away scot-free, had the same panel been sitting!

Actually on the bright side, both he and Morley can contribute to beating the Goons! Every cloud and all that!

Surprised the RFL hace done this. At the time I expected a 2/3 match ban and thought the 1 game was lucky.

It really stinks. I couldn't be any more gobsmacked if Carvell had tackled me.

I'm struggling to come up with any explanation for the inconsistent way the game treats these incidents. Presumably Carvell has pulled at some loophole or other, but they need closing and fast before one of our stars ends up in a wheelchair for the rest of his days.

Am i a total or ???????????? if your guilty and fined £300 how the can you not get banned, goldy got two matches for something alot less. The RFL are a joke, an absolute joke. How can these muppets be allowed to continue

Absolute joke. How can they say that the guilty verdict still stands, and lift the ban??? Smith does have friends in high places!!

It also depends on how many £50 notes you let fall out of your pocket onto the table!
