There was trouble throughout the whole game

We're going to end up with point deductions or fines, then the stupid idiots who caused it will blame the RFL for "picking on us"

It does seem alot of trouble goes on this year. The near constant chant that happens at every away game of "get a proper job" and "if you all hate stewards clap your hands" suggests that some of our idiotic minority think they can do as they please.

Over the last 20 years there have been very few occasions when I have been embarrassed to be a Cas fan - last night was one of them.

The performance on the field was appalling - an apparent lack of effort from most parts, a defence that can only slide one way (and poorly at that) and a mauling from a team that have "hit the gas" at the right time. No disrespect to Leeds - they played faster, thought faster (try on last tackle etc) & had a desire that was definitely lacking in our players. There were certain individuals who, from the kick off looked as though it was a kick about in Ponte Park - are we back to paying a certain Australian to toss it off for example? However I firmly believe that every single one of the players should hang their heads in shame after that performance.

Rumours are rife off the field of alleged "cash problems", players being asked to take pay cuts and the pull out of the Wheldon Road buyer hence no new ground and no Super League status in 2011. RW and his BOD are making no attempts to quash these rumours hence "fuel to the fire" springing to mind.

And finally, I am becoming embarrassed to wear the colours thanks to the growing number of idiots who to be fair are bordering on the line of hooligans. Again a small "missile" was thrown onto the pitch and, in light of the current investigations, the club are likely not only to lose some of this money we haven't even got but precious points as well. Last night might have been a bad day at the Office but every game is becoming worryingly frightening due the "fans".

Due to the actions of a certain gentleman (no actually a drunken, aggressive, arrogant, offensive pillock) wearing a Cas shirt a young girl was left in tears. His inability to refrain from swearing or control his actions offended a number of fellow supporters resulting in him being asked to calm down. he reacted in the only way he knew how - violently and this resulted in the girl being hit quite hard on the back of the head. Suffice to say his photograph is now secure in my phone and will be passed onto the club - not that I expect the yellow bellied officials to act but we can only try to stamp it out if we do something

My message to these so called fans is - WE DO NOT WANT YOU AND WE DO NOT NEED YOU - KEEP AWAY.
My message to the club is - sort the problems out both on the field & off or genuine fans are going to be forced to stop watching.

i was walking by at the time, the older guy was swearing at the young kids walking onto the pitch at half time the younger guy said he was a cas fan as well but that he was out of order, then they started scrapping and the older guy came off worse and was escorted out of the ground

That was due to the fact that a little girl got told to deflate an inflatable plastic banana. However, after Cas score and i (and a few others) got covered in beer the idiotic steward was nowhere to be seen!!



I remember seeing her crying. And him looking rather agressive (I know the guy from the Boot Room and also the other guy who was holding him back goes in there too, or at least used to when Nelly owned it)

Ahh right, to be fair that does seem abit out of order really. However, the last time I heard them sing it was when a steward told someone to stop smoking in a non-smoking area, but in that case it is probably abit of over zealous stewarding.

i dont know what is happening to this club of ours lately other than to say it is going down the tubes fast trouble on the terraces reported trouble in the sheds (only rumours) and things not looking too bright on the pitch, i cant remember the last time i heard anything positive come from down there, fair enough i am pi$$ed that we got stuffed last night but look back over the last month and thing are going from bad to worse. cas player (ex now) with an arrest warrent out for him, an invisable scrum half for the last god nows how long, trouble on the terraces, good young players (from cas) not been given a chance and apparently being pushed out of the club, players who have performed well this season asked to take a paycut for next season, rumours that the 21s could be disbanded for next season, no news of any new signings for next season just the club telling us that we wont be spending our full cap, rumours that the developers have pulled out of the sale of the ground again just rumours but these thing usually have some truth in them and then to top off all that a performance like that last night and yet more reports of trouble on the terraces. I know i am just having a moan and most of the points i have made are just based on rumours but it would be nice for the club to give us some positive news.

The only thing i was proud of last night is that the two incidents of trouble i saw were both stopped by cas fans before anybody got hurt. But some of our fans were well out of order, i just cant understand people fighting at a rugby game.

The young girl your reffering to is my girlfriend, and she was deeply upset by what happened. Even more by the fact he was wearing the same colours!!!! And when i asked him to apoligise he got right in my face and replied "im not f***ing apoligising to anyone" before storming off muttering "im off to stand with real Cas fans!!!!" he showed no remorse for the trouble he had caused, the upset he had caused, and what hurt me personally the most, the dissapointment she later expressed when she has been a loyal supporter all her life, to be treated this way by a fellow "fan". I would appreciate it if you will tell me if you hear anything from the club mitch mate, as my girlfriend has also emailed the club , even though i feel, we will hear nothing from it.

I couldn't get time off work to go last night, but if I had i'd have been stood in the West with a Cas supporting friend and his family. I would have been wearing Leeds' colours.

Reading this puts the doubt's in my mind about doing this in the future, but then I see the reaction of the true supporters of your club and it shows what rugby league is all about and gives me the confidence that opposing fans can still mingle and have a bit of banter with each other. We all have the moronic element, and the true supporters of each club and the game itself need to come together to stamp it out before it get's too out of hand.

For those who did step up to sort out any kind of trouble last night, I admire you.

Don't worry brother, plenty of us there having some great banter with Loiners, crap performance from our guys but I enjoyed the banter, made the game a lot more enjoyable

The club need to be shown to be taking a hard line at this time so I wouldn't be surprised if he's made an example of.

It's creeping in mate we've had a few w#*kers of our own aswell it seems to be a few clubs are getting the "chav" element at the moment but if we stand up to them and follow RL like we know it should be they won't win.
