Ryan puts in 100% everytime he takes the field, i can never understand why TM leaves him out so much

if he wasnt 100% he wouldnt have been able to play last sunday, so he must be ok to play where as higgins isnt back to full fitness and hes still in the squad and as for massey no disrespect to the kid but id much rather have boyle in the side, suppose TM is the only one who knows why he hasnt been picked.

IMHO i think TM has his favourites, and if you're not one of them then you don't get picked

My only worry is missing McGoldrick, he's been our best player so far along with Shifty, but this is where the strength of a squad gets tested.

Maybe boyle picked up a niggle on sunday.

Well we have a player in a key position missing for 2 games, so we're testing the strength of our squad to deal

with that omission.

I think Terry will just be easing Boyle back in. I'd expect to see him against Wire.

Moore, Petersen and Winterstein aren't really 'out', they're just unfit. They could play in all honesty.

Depends how you look at it. They could play, but they wouldn't be much use for 80 minutes.

Winterstein possibly, but Peterson and Moore have both just come back from long lay offs and have only had one run out against young lads. To play them against a fully fit SL side would be reckless in my opinion.

Just a small query, wasn't Ferres suppose to be injured for you guys?

After the Keighley game I would of had boyley right up there, he tackles his heart out, runs hard and was the most enthusiastic person out there.
If tm would give him his chance, then it’s down to him then to prove himself, he’s happy to give Massey a chance who has only ever played one SL game but not Boyley who has always delivered, it def seem that tm has his favourites and boyley isnt one of them

Ferres was injured against Bulls, but the injury is not as bad as was first thought, saying that I will be surprised (but delighted) if he plays.

I'm inclined to disagree with both of you.

I think TM selects whichever players he thinks are right.

Judging by our form so far this season - I can't understand why anyone would suspect otherwise.

I've been surprised by Massey when I've seen him this season (Bulls and Keighley), I think he's come on leaps and bounds and looks the part, I think he's is a great prospect. That's not detracting from Ryan Boyle, maybe TM wants to give him more time to get 100% fit after his injury, could be back in the squad on Monday.

Well they are, they are not avaliable for slection as they are not fit enough

IMHO Widders, up until the last couple of games, hasn't done anything more than Boyle would have. So why is Widders in the squad week in week out and Boyle not even in the 19?
