Gale and Finn together, definitely NOT for me Steve. They are both exactly the same type of player, merely passers and kickers. Both are very one paced and hardly ever take on the defensive line and ask questions of it by running at it. If one of them plays, then for me the other half back needs to be able to take the defensive line on and have a bit of pace.

I have not seen a great deal of Gale, but from what I have, I have to be honest and say his signing would not have me exactly tingling with excitement. He does not look like anything special, but if we do sign him, then I certainly hope to be proven wrong.

Wish I could say he will go OK for you but he is a very ordinary player. Almost worth getting relegated to get rid of him.

Cas have finally got a team that perform to a high level consistantly, with Gale in the side, you can kiss that goodbye.

Except the Bulls haven't had a coach of the calibre of Daryl Powell either.

He could be. Sneyd still isn't perfect. He could also be better than Jamie Ellis, who he will be replacing.

and he'll be fighting Ben Roberts for a place too...

You may be right, but if I cast my mind back to say January this year I wouldn't have said that sneyd would be better than Brett Seymour or a better fit to the Cas team than rangi chase and yet here we are.

Rangi Chase played for himself which somtimes payed off, but, not always. Sneyd is a team player and that has benefitted your side greatly. Every player in your team is pulling together to get results. Rangi Chase leaving your squad was the best thing that has happened to you in a long while.

What's the issue? None I believe.

No issues with that - still enjoying the 2014 season though - next year can wait a little while longer for me. 7 league games left, a semi-final, a possible Wembley appearance and then the play-offs. A lot to look forward to this year in what is proving to be a great season for the Tigers. Is anyone (particularly rival fans) still waiting for the wheels to fall off ? Or are we now regarded as contenders ?
