Good signing i think, just see where matterson plays him. we are all thinking he has come as a fullback but TM may see him as a straight replacment for shenton (nothing would surprise me), that is if he is going which i think we all know he is.

Mathers is quality. He plays with his heart on his sleeve. Has the odd brain fart now and again but is a great organiser & communicator. Undecided about Bret coming to us at this time. Wish Mathers well.

He will be 27 by next season so he's not young.

Where will tm put mcgoldrick though, for me this signing means no scrum half for next year as i cant see mcgoldrick being put anywhere else by tm.
