So who is going on saturday, i was going to stay over but a change of plans means i will coming straight back. Team wise Kav could be back and hopefully O'brien will be fit to play but I'm most wanting to see the 2 french props play. Going on the squad last time out i would go with.

Looking at the league table this match already looks like a four pointer. Along with Dewsbury, Barrow are the only team with a worse points difference than us. A Barrow win would leave us 4 points behind them with probably a worse points difference and the alarm bells would really start to be ringing. It's time for the team to start performing. Up The Fax!

That, in true Fax style was stressful to crest full in 80 minutes and still recovering to say much else.

I went.Boyer short spell looked ok.Graham got caught out a couple of times and dropped ball on his only real running chance.Both will hopefully be good additions with more game time.O’Brien replaced Jouffret after 25 mins and don’t think he came back which was harsh but we won somehow...

Jouffret is fine it’s mentioned in the post match interview the reasons why .

Interesting take by Finn why Jouffret didn't come on again. Also interesting that he reckoned the Fax fans reaction to McComb scoring his try may have influenced it being given by the ref! I remember Roy Southernwood clearly bouncing the ball over the line at York once but the travelling army of Fax fans gave an almighty cheer and the ref gave it! Still didn't stop us losing to a Nikau inspired York tho'.

Well if I'm being honest i didn't see that comeback happening. 28-12 down about 20 to go Widdop in the bin and Barrow went to sleep and we came to life. Up to that point our defence was dire they were offloading at will and i expected them to go on to get a big win you do not usually get out of those situations with a win . So credit to our boys for finding a extra few gears to drag victory from what looked like defeat. Going forward when we click in attack we do look like we have points in us but without the ball there is still a lot of work to do.
