Watching from far away and boy....is this a difficult watch.

I've only been to one game this year (Bulls at home) and I said then that it was one of the worst Halifax teams I've seen put on the blue and white. Its was really hard to reconcile how that team then went on to stuff Bradford 2 weeks later and put in a sterling performance against the World Champions.

I've no idea what's happening at the club but then again, I'm not sure anyone has much of an idea. Here is my summary of what I've seen this year

- a club takeover/club saving new board. What was it? Its never been made clear what happened here but it was incredibly badly managed and communicated
- a raft of new signings - many of which looked really good on paper - but many of those players just didn't turn out for one reason or another
- a shocking lack of consistency
- a badly managed 150 year anniversary - this should have been a licence to print money

I just want to add that this is not a pop at the hard working staff and volunteers of Halifax. I've been there myself and worked with a few of them. But it is clear that there is no leadership or direction just now and that needs to be fixed.
