So often we see teams that have a good cup run seem to take a hit with their league form. The semi is almost 2 months away, we cant afford to spend that entire period dreaming about the saints game.

Today proved what a good set of players we have here, but we are in a real battle for the play offs. 3 away games up next, we cant afford any more Batley style slip ups.

Back to reality at Leigh.

Just think, two bites at the Wembley cherry. I think you should go flat out again on Wednesday, against Sheffield and then send a much weakened team to Leigh, next weekend!!



On a serious note, well done today. One of you had to do the Championship proud, and today it was you guys. Commiserations to Bradford, but you've both made folks sit up and take notice of the Championship, by beating SL teams.





I like Saints - after all they are our junior "partner" club, but I'll be rooting for 'Fax in the semi.
