Reasonable from an objective perspective to see why RM didn't win. If you stopped the season before the qualifiers maybe yes but if we are honest all the cracks have shown up in the qualifiers Ie lack of emphasis on attack , players too slow and inability to take chances. It's RMs team and he has had years to make adjustments but you have to say recruitment in the backs has been very poor. The only young lad with pace McGrath didn't get a game and you have to ask with our total scoring in the qualifiers being so bad why not give the lad a chance , the coach has to take it on board.
