Given that a lot of the conversations around costs here seem to revolve around the fact that Fax admission prices are now £2 dearer than Bradford in the 8's, I think the club should get a grip on reality around just how much RL fans have to spend on leisure activities.

Ok, I guess they had some tickets to sell, and will get some commission on them, but do they realise the impression it leaves with fans when they see the club pushing cup final tickets when they seem do little effective marketing for Fax and have done nothing with admission prices for the 8's (other than the rather inadequate £1 entry for kids).

A lot of sports fans watch games where they are not bothered who wins. I had a great weekend at Blackpool, watched every game both days and only cared who won one game.
The club get lambasted for advertising cheap tickets probably at the request of the RFL but leaving tomorrow's entrance fees the same.
As I have said before the players will still want paying, the council will still want their pound of flesh unlikely many more people would turn up if prices were reduced so, back into the wallets of our splendid directors and sponsors. People who without doubt help keep the club afloat.
Perhaps we should have a golden gamble for 80p only put half what we normally do in the supporters trust buckets, oh and whilst we are at it chips for a quid.

I went to my 1st Challenge Cup Final in 1969 Cas v Salford and have only missed once since it doesn't really bother me who wins just look fwd to having an enjoyable day out My choice each to their own

I have been to every Final since 1981 I have also been to the 1969 1978 and 1979 Finals as well it's a trip and buying from the club helps Fax get some money as all clubs get them and the RFL take the money out of their payments from them whether they sell them or not I believe!
