Don'nt think he can make miracles happen, think he will be better off at Elland

Who pays his wages whilst out on loan?

I would tend to agree, however if Gregg is right (which he usually tends to be) perhaps Richard sees something in some of their players which would suit his ideas.
After all given the playing staff they had at the start of the season we would all have thought them serious contenders.
Perhaps its the coaching staff who were at fault.

Id like to se RM signing young talented lads who have come through a SL club system but who may not have been given contracts with that club. I bet there is a ton of great talent in that system that get left behind by SL clubs. better than another Championship clubs cast offs.

Just because a team didn't make the top 4 doesn't mean they don't have any players we would be interested in! Seems a strange attitude to take!

was a tongue in cheek dig at the Fev boys who were all over us when they were the best side in the championship for 3 years when promotion wasn;t possible.Now it is possible they have reverted back to choke mode.

As I have a couple of friends at Fev (yes I do have friends) I find that very harsh.
I do not wish to see any club struggling.
Unless its Bradford, Sheffield or Fev.

I don't think the club are ready to go full time yet. We are on a steady upward path now with RM and I believe we should freshen up the squad and have a really good pre-season. The first half of the season we lost a number of games which if played in the second half we would have won.
Next season we need to be ready to ensure we get off to a good start and finish in the top four which again will give us £450K minimum and possibly have more wins in the middle 8's
With improved performances a run in the challenge cup would help the funds coming into the club.
If RM thinks the club and team are ready for full time the following year then lets go for it only provided the sums add up.
It's been our best season for many a year and I am really looking forward to next season.
