Didn't think dane had his best game so not sure why he got mom? Great defence off the lads proud despite being nilled. Good defence off Widnes though how close was Mitch couldn't tell but it was one of them what if moments. Let's get Hull KR out of the way then the rest who knows if we play like that we may just pick up a win or two!

I also thought Dane had one of his less than best games, still played very well, but didn't think it was MoM stuff.

| 3- Johnno
2- Salty
1- Fairbank
Agreed, didn't think dane produced a motm performance today, few errors in the first half. Busted a gut as per usual though

| Johnno had a great game but as others have said on here would be better utilised in the halves

| Sorry can't agree with the comments about Manning. He played 80 mins. And even though he was clearly blowing at the end he still made metres and kept his place in defence. Earlier in the game he kept hunting down their half's and did a great job in keeping them quiet. In the 2nd half the injury to Saxton changed things, which meant he couldn't play the same in defence. Hence their scrum half was more of a hand full. Any one in doubt about his contribution just read R M coments in the courier.
My M.O.M
1 Manning reasons above.
2 Johnston a real hand full today
3 Saltonstall really stepped up to the task today amazing work rate

| I thought Dane was un Dane like with the ball in hand in the first half but at the end of the day if Dane decides he is going to tackle you then you may as well just surrender. The lad is a machine.

| Often after a decent team performance we say "oh the MOTM could have gone to anyone 1-17", and obviously its an exaggeration. But yesterday I really think it could, theres not one player who you could name MOTM and I could disagree, (other than maybe Saxton for his lack of game time, hope hes OK.
Jonno- Only recently started playing a full back and dealt with huge pressure from Browns kicks.
Fairbank- Put in a real shift, forced a few errors with his hard hitting.
Murrell- Such a great leader for us. Kicking game's always inconsistent but certainly got it right more than he got it wrong yesterday.

| what a great performance again we deserved something out of it for me
1) Jonno brilliant all day should be at 7 would create so much more going forward top player.
2) Richie moore workhorse.
3)Scott murrell for me controlled the game we would benefit if jonno was along side him UTFAX

| 1. Fairbank - showed his class and ran some superb lines. Gonna be a BIG asset.
2. Johnno - good bit of guile and showed a good step on many occasions.
3. Manning - ran his blood to water and made some massive tackles.
A mention for Moore who looked pooped near the end but was itching to get back on the pitch and finish the job.
Very happy apart from the fact that we could easily have been 6-4 up v near the end for what would have been a HUGE coup.
