The 2002 Acadamy Grand Final winning team of which Danny was a member are to host a reunion of the entire Club including Senior Acadamy , First team , staff and fans . Danny played in the Final and of course all monies made will be donated to the Trust Fund set up in his name .
Venue will be Crow Nest Golf Club , Brighouse . DATE .Fri` 24 th July .
It will be a night of nostalgia and celebration with all the players from the 3 teams having a catch up with the fans and telling a few tales of their days at Fax . There will be a raffle , prize draw and an auction plenty of rugby stuff on offer eg framed print of a painting of the quarter final 1987 donated by Paul Town.Plus something on it`s way from Graham Eadie but some non rugby items already donated from Holdsworth House, Casa at Brighouse to name a few . The entrance in will be £5 and £ 10 in an envelope takes care of raffle and prize draws for the evening I will add info as it`s formalised but anyone on Facebook can find Blue Sox Acadamy 2002 Reunion .
This event has been registered with Steve Ball who is from the RFL Benevolent Team responsible for overseeing Dannys Trust Fund . I hope some of you will be able to make it.
