I think this speaks volumes for. He his saying do the work in and outside the club and you will play if not you don't simple! Hopefully he will star getting the best out of our players.

Not seen any but theres this of him battering Brent Webb after Webb gives him a cheeky nut with his head. near the 2min mark. Notice the Leeds players know the score and none of them fancied having a go at him.

I am sure R M knows his man, just looking at his physical game , he will certainly put some fire into the belly of 'fax, but he reminds me of another well loved ' fax hero 'Les' who seemed to be in the stand as much as on the park mixing it. Hope I am wrong, Welcome Richard hope as Leeds said when they resigned you, you can be a great player , be so for us too.
